Australian singer/songwriter MICK HART has been touring the world for the past 10 years, playing festivals and concerts all over Australia, France, Holland, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, Belgium, England, Ireland, Scotland and the USA.

Praised all over the globe by critics and fans including BEN HARPER and JEFF BUCKLEY's ex-manager DAVE LORY, MICK has played support to BOB DYLAN, COLDPLAY, STING, VAN MORRISON, PAUL WELLER, GOMEZ, TAJ MAHAL, ZWAN, THE PRETENDERS, PAUL KELLY, JOHN BUTLER TRIO and many more.

Possessing an earthy, soulful and angelic voice, MICK's music is a brilliant mix of rock/pop/blues/roots with MICK playing guitars, lapsteel, keyboards and harmonica and backed by an amazing band in Australia consisting of DAMIAN LEONARD (bass) and TONY CHUBB (drums).

More than 3 years in the making and after returning from a long term stay in Europe, MICK is releasing 2 brand new albums "WHERE I GO" and "WHAT LIES BENEATH" in 2009. Largely written in Europe and recorded in Sydney and France, MICK's 5th and 6th studio albums showcase an enormous depth of songwriting and brilliant musicality. From the beautiful emotive folk pop of "WHAT LIES BENEATH" to the hard edged rock/roots of "WHERE I GO", 27 new songs that prove this previously ARIA nominated artist is well and truly inside an inspired musical journey.

The first of these albums "WHAT LIES BENEATH" will be available through MGM and iTunes from 1st May '09 with the release of "WHERE I GO" following sometime later in the year.
