MICK AND BAND PLAYING SYDNEY BLUES AND ROOTS FEST IN OCT...
Mick and band are pleased to be a part of the awesome lineup for the Sydney Blues And Roots Festival in Oct! The whole thing takes place in Windsor on 28-30 oct. The Mick Hart Experience will play Fitzroy Hotel Sat 29th at 10.30pm and Rhythms Stage in the park (Windsor) on Sun 30th at 1.30pm.

MICK LAST SYDNEY SHOW FOR 2010 AND EUROPEAN TOUR ANNOUNCED...
Mick will play his last Sydney show for 2010 Friday 26 Nov at Raval in Surry Hills with his awesome band The Mick Hart Experience. This will be a very special show in a super cool and unique new venue. This is definitely the last Sydney show for quite a while as Mick will then play a string of North Coast summer shows before returning to Europe in Jan/Feb for a full scale Tour through France, Germany, Belgium and the UK.
Tickets for the Raval show are available through moshtix and show starts at 8.30pm with support act Flowers From The Band.

MICK AT NUMBER ONE ON JAPAN iTUNES BLUES CHART...
We have just recieved some excellent news that Mick's beautiful slide track "2am in Strasbourg" recently spent several weeks at number one position on Japan iTunes blues chart! A really nice surprise and wonderful feedback on a very moving song from Mick's brilliant album "What Lies Beneath".

MICK AT GREAT SOUTHERN BLUES FESTIVAL PLUS OTHER DATES ANNOUNCED
MICK and band will be performing twice at THE GREAT SOUTHERN BLUES FESTIVAL at Batemans Bay on Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd October. The festival will be huge and the band are fired up for two big sets!

MICK AT BLUES ON BROADBEACH FESTIVAL AND OTHER DATES ANNOUNCED
MICK and band have some storming shows coming up including 2 performances at BLUES ON BROADBEACH FESTIVAL on the Gold Coast Fri 28 and Sat 29 May. The MICK HART EXPERIENCE are in fine form and ready to tear it up big time for these shows!
A string of other shows have also been announced for Sydney, Wollongong, Melbourne and Adelaide amongst others...
The Sydney show at Excelsior Hotel Surry Hills on Sat 5 June will be MICK's last Sydney band show for quite a while so don't miss out!

SECOND NEW ALBUM FOR 2009 RELEASED ON OCT 2 WITH AUS AND EUROPEAN TOUR!!!
After the release of the emotive pop gem "WHAT LIES BENEATH" in May, Mick is now unleashing his second new album for 2009 - "WHERE I GO" on 2nd Oct.
Largely written in Europe and recorded in Sydney, "WHERE I GO" features Mick back to his rock roots and jamming it up with his brilliant band mates - Damian Leonard (bass) and Tony Chubb (drums).

More than 3 years in the making and after returning to Aus from a long term stay in Europe, prolific singer/songwriter MICK HART is releasing 2 brand new albums in 2009. "These albums are the result of more than 4 years living, touring and gypsying throughout Europe. It has been the most inspired songwriting period i have ever had and after several incredible studio sessions between Sydney and France we ended up with over 40 awesome new finished tracks! Hence the reason we have decided to put out 2 albums in 2009. The songs feel fresh and excellent and both albums feel beautifully balanced with their own flavour and vibe. The first of the 2 cds to be released is the emotive folk/pop album 'What Lies Beneath'.
